Dwight Davis Set to Serve up Success for Evader Team

NEW YORK--April 19, 2004--Bellevue, Washington-based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us.) (NASD.OTC: EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge proprietary technology announced today that Dwight F. Davis has joined the company as Vice President of Advertising.

With a family background that stretches back to the founder of the Davis Cup, Evader is pleased to welcome Dwight Davis to the Evader team. "You can't imagine how excited we are to have a man with the background, experience and pedigree of Dwight Davis become part of Evader," said Evader Managing Director Brent Nelson. "Obviously, the Davis family heritage is related to tennis, but Dwight's business, marketing and advertising successes go far beyond the tennis courts."

Davis entered the advertising business in 1960 and worked with three major New York advertising agencies; D'Arcy McManus, Masius, BBDO and Lois, Pitts and Gershon where he served as VP Account Supervisor and Direct Response copywriter for 25 years. He worked on a number of headline accounts including Colgate Palmolive, General Tire, American Cyanamid, the Dreyfus Corporation, Harrah's Casino Hotels, Inter-Continental Hotels and many others.

He also founded and served as president of two start-up companies: Square Two Golf Corporation a maker of ladies golf clubs and JPP Inc. (since sold to another firm in the gaming business) which markets a successful line of educational gaming videos.

Although Mr. Davis retired in 1999, he remains active in various private ventures and does charity work for the USTA Tennis Foundation.
