DUBUQUE, Iowa--April 15, 2004--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announced that its operating results for the three-month and nine-month periods ended March 31, 2004 will be released on Tuesday, April 20, 2004, after the market close.

Senior management will host a conference call to review third quarter and fiscal year-to-date operating results at 10:00 am CT on Wednesday, April 21, 2004.
