THE WOODLANDS, Texas, April 13 -- FleetPride, the nation's largest independent heavy-duty truck parts distributor, today announced a strategic parts supply agreement with Yellow Roadway Corporation, one of the world's largest providers of transportation services.

Standardizing repair part specifications and leveraging existing compatibilities at Yellow Transportation and Roadway Express should realize an overall reduction in equipment maintenance expense.
