The EZ Scan is an affordable hand held device that can communicate with a vehicle's engine computer. These products will allow AutoXray to wholly service Spanish-speakers of North America and Latin America.

Antonio Perez-Vargas, General Director of AutoXray Mexico said, "For some time now we understood that our Hispanic product line needed to suit the Spanish speaking population in the U.S. as well as consumers in Mexico." He went on to say, "These are clearly two different markets, for example, there are some different vehicles in Mexico so the new tools needed to accommodate those unique codes."

AutoXray also recently introduced a revamped website in Spanish, www.autoxray.com/spanish. They are also offering translated versions of their initial email newsletters including tech tips, company news and a success story contest. Spanish speaking consumers can now sign up for future translated AutoXray email newsletters at www.autoxray.com/spanishemail.

The EZ Scan 6100 and 5100 units are identical to the EZ Scan 5000 and 6000, which are compatible to domestic cars made in 1983 to current year and import vehicles made in 1996 to current year. Both come complete with a 3-year warranty, annual vehicle software, and software updates, which are free and easy to download via the Internet. These products are geared for Spanish-speaking residents of the U.S.

The EZ Scan 6200 and 5200 were developed for Mexicans in collaboration with Mexican engineers. They include the identical features as the above products, but have additional capability for Mexican vehicles as mentioned.
