Advanced Accessory Systems, LLC Announces Conference Call and New CFO Appointment
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., April 7 -- Advanced Accessory Systems, LLC (AAS) announced an investor conference call has been scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. EDT to discuss 2003 financial results and to introduce Ronald J. Gardhouse, its new chief financial officer.
Mr. Gardhouse began his career in Public Accounting with Deloitte & Touche, followed by twenty-five years with DaimlerChrysler in a succession of finance and operating assignments, both domestic and international, including: Assistant Corporate Controller; Deputy Managing Director-Chrysler Mexico; Assistant Corporate Treasurer; and President-Asia Pacific Operations.
He is a CPA and earned his BBA at Eastern Michigan University and MBA at Michigan State University.
Reporting to Mr. Gardhouse, Barry Steele assumes the newly-created position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Additionally, the finance organizations of AAS's subsidiary operations report to Gardhouse on matters related to financial reporting and internal control.
