Toyota Financial Services Selects Shaw Systems' Comprehensive Auto Finance System as Part of a New Technology Initiative

HOUSTON--April 6, 2004--Shaw Systems Associates, Inc., a leading provider of lending solutions for financial institutions, announced that Toyota Financial Services (TFS) has selected Shaw's SHAWSPECTRUM(TM) software package as part of a TFS initiative to implement simplified and streamlined technology solutions. The SHAWSPECTRUM(TM) auto finance offering will provide TFS with a total solution for loan and lease servicing and accounting.
