Honda Recognizes Dealers Participating in CertifiedFirst Network; Participants Display 'Commitment to Highest Levels of Customer Service and Quality'

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio--April 5, 2004--For the second year in a row, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., through its Body Shop Recognition Program, has recognized Honda and Acura dealers participating in the CertifiedFirst Network.

A news release from Honda announcing the honorees states: "While maintenance and mechanical repairs are a significant portion of the vehicle ownership experience, collision repairs can also be an unfortunate fact of life for many.
