California Speedway Races Into Local Carl's Jr.(R) Restaurants
Carl's Jr. Teams Up With California Speedway as the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Comes to Town
LOS ANGELES, April 5 -- As part of its sponsorship of the 2004 California Speedway NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series events, Carl's Jr. will have California Speedway's No. 36 M&M's showcar on display at various restaurants in the Inland Empire from April 8 through April 29. This authentic racing machine was used by NASCAR driver Ken Schrader during the 2001 season. Participating Carl's Jr. restaurants in the Inland Empire will also provide California Speedway pocket schedules to customers upon request. The pocket schedules include a coupon for a free Famous Star(R) with the purchase of a 32-oz. drink and a discount for entry to the California Speedway events.
