Company Enters Licensing Agreement With Australia's Sperling Enterprises

NEW YORK, March 30 -- Everlast(R) Worldwide Inc. , manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods and apparel under the Everlast brand name, today announced that it had entered into a licensing agreement with Sperling Enterprises of Moorebank, New South Wales, Australia for the launch of Everlast-branded automotive accessories, including seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers and seat belt pads in Australia and New Zealand. The new Everlast products will be launched mid-2004 and will be available in automotive specialty stores among other outlets.
