Streicher Mobile Fueling Expands Operations

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--March 29, 2004--STREICHER MOBILE FUELING, INC. , an outsourcing value added refueling and fuel management service for vehicle and equipment fleets, today announced the expansion of its services into the Charlotte, North Carolina market. The new operating location is the second for the Company in North Carolina and complements the Company's existing Greensboro operation.

Charlotte and Greensboro are important interstate trucking and regional distribution centers situated for the movement of goods along the eastern seaboard. These locations serve as operating hubs for many of the Company's existing major accounts. The Company expects to enter other North Carolina markets in the near term as the demand for its services continues to increase.

Richard E. Gathright, Chairman, CEO and President of the Company, commented,

"The Mid-Atlantic and East Coast states have extensive expansion potential for the Company. With our available fleet and delivery capacity, the Company is implementing this strategic component of its business plan. While customer relationships in existing markets are providing the core opportunities in the new markets, the immediate growing demand from customers new to mobile fueling and a continuing demand for a higher level of service not offered by local service providers is expected to accelerate the Company's expansion."
