SOUTHERN NATIONAL BECOMES INITIAL ASA MEMBER TRACK/LEVEL TWO

PENDLETON, Ind. (March 26, 2004) - North Carolina's Southern National Speedway,
located in Kenly, has signed an agreement with the American Speed Association
Member Track/Level Two program for the 2004 season.

"The Lamm Family has a long relationship with ASA and we are pleased to renew that
with this Member Track status," said Mike Lamm, owner of Southern National
Speedway. The impressive roster of Member Tracks has been created in a short period
of time. It leaves us fortunate to be with this elite grouping and I'm confident it will
enhance our profile and ASA's National branding over the long term."

Southern National Speedway is located in northeastern North Carolina, southeast of
Raleigh and offers several different racing classes. Featured divisions include: Late
Model Stocks, Pro Trucks, Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Four Cylinders and Bombers.

"With Southern National Speedway designated as the first ASA Member Track/Level
Two, this opens an entirely new era for motorsports, said Dennis Huth, ASA Member
Track program director. "We're confident this program links the ASA name with some of
the best short tracks in America. It will afford the respective Member Tracks the
opportunity to expand on this flexible program."

The ASA Member Track program is designed for weekly short track venues to make
available many of the policies, principles, procedures and components that have made
the American Speed Association a premier short track sanctioning body for 37 years.

A Level Two program track joins a select group of elite tracks displaying the ASA
Member Track logo. Participating Level Two tracks in contrast with Level One Member
Tracks are not involved with the point fund contributions and additional marketing
programs afforded Level One ASA Member Tracks.

ASA Member Tracks showcase exciting competition with their local racing programs,
providing training grounds for the ASA Racing stars of tomorrow. Through the ASA
Member Track program, We Build Champions.

The American Speed Association offers racing on three levels: ASA National Tour, ASA
Late Model Series and through the rapidly expanding ASA Member Track program.
