America's Car-Mart Announces Opening of New Dealerships

BENTONVILLE, Ark., March 24 -- America's Car-Mart, Inc. today announced the opening of two new dealerships located in Lufkin, Texas and Mt. Pleasant, Texas. These new locations mark the sixth and seventh new dealership openings since the Company's current fiscal year began on May 1, 2003.

"With the addition of Lufkin and Mt. Pleasant, the Company now operates 70 dealerships, including nine in Texas," commented T. J. ("Skip") Falgout, Chief Executive Officer of America's Car-Mart, Inc. "We are excited about the Texas market and plan to add stores in Corsicana and Sulphur Springs, Texas in the next few months. Our growth plans for fiscal year 2005 (beginning May 1, 2004) will focus on expansion in North and East, Texas as well as a few locations in Missouri. In total, we expect to open eight or more stores in fiscal 2005."
