Clear Channel Communications Selects AuraGen(R) as Mobile Power Source for Remote Broadcasting Vehicles

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 16 -- Aura Systems, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AURA) today announced that Clear Channel Communications, one of the nation's leading media companies, has selected the AuraGen(R) to supply mobile power for their remote broadcasting vehicles. Aura Systems will initially outfit a Clear Channel Chevrolet Van broadcast vehicle, located in their Mobile, Alabama facilities, with the AuraGen G5000 for evaluation. It's expected that additional units will be purchased by Clear Channel after the initial evaluation phase is completed. This AuraGen model provides 5000 watts of clean AC electrical power that will be used to operate the vehicle's sophisticated computer and communications equipment as well as lights and other equipment required to support their remote broadcast operations. Clear Channel Communications, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is a global leader in the out-of-home advertising industry with radio and television stations and other operations in 66 counties around the world.
