Caliber Collision Centers Appoints Dan Pettigrew as Executive Vice President of Operations
IRVINE, Calif.--March 15, 2004--Caliber Collision Centers, an Irvine-based operator of high-quality collision repair facilities in California and Texas, has named Dan Pettigrew as Executive Vice President of Operations.As Executive Vice President of Operations, Pettigrew will assume responsibility for the oversight of all center operations in California and Texas, and in other new markets as the company expands. In addition, Pettigrew will be responsible for regional and support functions including regulatory compliance, procurement and facilities management. In this new position, Pettigrew will continue to focus on enhancing Caliber's best-in-industry operations execution and service delivery.

Pettigrew began his career with Caliber Collision Centers in 1997, and over the past six years has made several significant contributions to Caliber's growth and success. Since 2002, Pettigrew has managed Caliber's business operations in Texas, including Caliber's 30 locations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi markets. Some of Pettigrew's past accomplishments and responsibilities have included the development of Caliber's standard operating procedures, development and management of Caliber's acquisition integration processes, management of Caliber's information technology functions, including development and roll out of Caliber's Repair Order Management Systems (CRMS), facility construction and management, procurement, and implementation of the CaliberCare(TM) call center.
