NetWolves and CarParts Technologies Partner to Deliver CPT Automotive Service Applications over Broadband

TAMPA, Fla.--March 15, 2004--

NetWolves to Resell VAST Product to Certinet Automotive Service Outlets and Offer Secure Managed Broadband Connectivity Services to all CPT Customers

NetWolves Corporation , a leading managed IP security services and multi-telecom network provider, today announced they have been signed by CarParts Technologies Inc. (CPT) to serve as a value-added reseller of its VAST product line to Certinet automotive service centers in 5 states. NetWolves will also offer its national secure managed broadband Internet services to all 3,000 CPT customers via NetWolves' national sales channel operating in all 50 states.

CarParts Technologies is a leading provider of open, eCommerce and business automation software solutions for the North American automotive aftermarket. NetWolves is a national provider of broadband services, offering secure managed DSL/cable services. NetWolves also provides central billing services to automotive and tire service chains that have outlets in multiple states and desire a single billing point.

"With the VAST product line, we believe CarParts Technologies has built the market leading product suite for Tire and Service chains," said David McCann, CEO of CarParts Technologies. "As we increase our market share, we rely on partners to provide additional services and local staffs to complement our leading edge solutions. Many of our target customers in the tire and service market are planning to move their stores and supply chain onto the Internet and are making their first broadband Internet decision. NetWolves' proven track record, competence and multiple locations bring us a powerful service addition to satisfy our customers' needs. We are delighted to have them become a VAR for VAST in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York and Florida. The Certinet program offered by NetWolves' subsidiary, TSG, is a highly complementary business advisory service, which can also be utilized by our VAST Point-of-Sale/Business Management System for tire and service dealers."

NetWolves Offers CPT Customers a Competitive Range of Secure Broadband Management Services

NetWolves will also offer CPT's customers a secure and centrally managed broadband connection service for outlets to be connected to their head office, distributors and manufacturers. "It is our experience that automotive service outlets have a steep learning curve in discovering the best way to introduce broadband Internet services to their operation. Our network of trained engineers and ability to offer a mixed broadband network of satellite, cable and DSL ensures that a mixed mode network of connections can be managed centrally at our Network Operations Center in Florida. Centralized management capabilities make a service chain's billing relationships simple and clear, saving the owners a lot of time and headaches," said Walter M. Groteke, Chairman and CEO of NetWolves Corporation.

Mr. Groteke added, "After assessing several POS platforms for our existing Certinet customers, we believe CPT VAST, with its integrated workflow embedding multiple electronic catalogs, and external electronic purchasing to major suppliers like NAPA and Michelin, gives us a powerful value-added solution that can exploit the broadband capacity that is now available in the market. Our customers are excited about our being able to deliver and service the VAST product line."
