Fleetwood RV Launches 2005 Discovery, Excursion and Providence at Winter FMCA

Newly Designed Coaches will Feature Cat(R) Engines and Elevated Ceilings

RIVERSIDE, Calif., March 12 -- Fleetwood RV, the nation's leader in recreational vehicle sales, today announced that it will launch its 2005 Discovery, Excursion and Providence Class A diesel models at Family Motor Coaching Association's winter consumer show in Albuquerque, NM on March 15, 2004.

The newly revamped Discovery, Excursion and Providence models feature powerful Caterpillar engines with ACERT(R) Technology. Cat C7 engines provide more torque for greater hill-climbing capability, lower emission production and decreased engine noise.

"The newly redesigned 2005 Discovery, Providence and Excursion models demonstrate our commitment to continually explore new innovations in our products," said Chris Braun, Senior Vice President of Fleetwood RV. "We have dedicated a lot of research and development to our diesel line over the past few years." The 2005 Excursion and Providence models feature automotive-style dashboards with ergonomic switches for a user-friendly, modern design. Combined with new interior and exterior packages, these models offer a glimpse into the future of RV design. Both models boast 84" interior ceiling heights and larger windows, providing customers with an increased sense of spaciousness.

The 2005 Discovery offers unique graphic packages that are not linked to interior options, providing consumers with flexibility and choice. The new full paint exterior also provides tremendous curb appeal and high-line styling that is easy to maintain over time. The Discovery also features an automotive-style dashboard, and comes standard with a complete home theater 5.1 surround sound system with DVD, CD and MP3 player plus standard AM/FM stereo.
