Payless Car Sales to Open 50th Franchise

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--March 11, 2004--Payless Car Sales, Inc. signed 12 franchise agreements during the past three months positioning the company to become the leading franchise network of used car dealers. Two additional franchises scheduled for March openings will bring the total to 50 dealers.

The 12 new franchises are located in:

-- Ft. Worth, Lubbock, Conroe, Nederland and Baytown, Texas

-- Imperial, California

-- Carlsbad and Ruidoso, New Mexico

-- Reno, Nevada

-- Columbia, South Carolina

-- Conyers, Georgia

Payless Car Sales, sister company to Payless Car Rental System, Inc., provides the buying power and services of a national company not traditionally available to independent dealers. With the showroom atmosphere, warranties and financing services of a new car dealership, the program offers quality pre-owned vehicles from a large selection of manufacturers, makes and models.
