Telematics Provider ATX Files Form S-1 Registration
DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, March 9 -- ATX Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of common stock of its newly organized holding company, ATX Group, Inc. The offering remains subject to a number of conditions, including the circulation of a preliminary prospectus and the declaration by the SEC of the effectiveness of the Company's registration statement relating to the offering.
The underwriters for the offering are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co. and SG Cowen Securities Corporation.
