RINGERS GLOVES MONDAY MORNING NHRA WRAP-UP
Three Ringers Drivers Advanced to Finals

Chandler, Ariz. – (March 8, 2004) Three Ringers Gloves drivers advanced to
the finals in the 20th annual Checker Schucks Kragen NHRA Nationals at Firebird
International Raceway in Chandler, Ariz.

In Pro Stock, Kurt Johnson, affectionately known to the drag racing
community as K.J., and his AC Delco Chevrolet Cavalier defeated another Ringers
supporter, Dave Connolly of Bullet Motorsports, with a 6.835 ET/203.49 MPH run, a
0.0008 second margin of victory (approximately three inches).

Funny Car finals saw Ringers driver Tony Pedregon and Del Worsham battle.
Unfortunately, Pedregon and his Quaker State Camaro fell to Worsham and his
Checker Schucks Kragen Firebird.

Worsham defeated Pedregon with a 4.970 ET.

In Top Fuel, newly signed Ringers supporter Brandon Bernstein and his
Budweiser/Lucas Oil dragster defeated Doug Kalitta and his MAC Tools dragster.

Kalitta got the hole shot off the tree with a 0.019 RT, but hot weather
conditions caused his tires to rattle loose at the 330 feet mark, giving
Bernstein his second Checker Schucks Kragen NHRA Nationals Championship in two years.

On a couple side notes, Ringers Gloves would like to wish Tony Pedregon a
Happy Birthday. Pedregon turns 39 today.

We would also like to extend our well wishes to Josh Baltimore, Cruz
Pedregon’s step-son. Baltimore was involved in a motorcycle accident over the
weekend and suffered a broken leg in two spots. Get well soon, Josh!

Be sure keep up with all your Ringers favorites by logging onto
