Treasury announces it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire up to 100% of the outstanding capital stock of Matrix Motor Company, Inc. (Matrix). The Matrix SS Coupe is a very high-powered super-sport passenger car. The Matrix SS will be 100% designed and built in the USA with Matrix's proprietary components. The high performance sports car will be priced in the exclusive $175,000 and up range. The car will be marketed through selected motorcar dealers throughout the United States and Europe. The engineering for the Matrix SS Coupe body has revolved around the integration of an extruded aluminum chassis coupled with a full tubular roll cage to provide increased safety for the occupants and maintain a ridged, lightweight base for the car. The design of the Matrix SS Coupe body required specifications that would maintain the desired look of the car without compromising its strength and integrity. The use of an all-new composite material, lightweight metals and carbon fiber allows for one of the safest yet lightweight cars available for the street.

Borrowing from the company's racing experience, the Matrix SS Coupe will utilize advanced suspension, aerodynamics and brake systems enhanced for street performance. The suspension will incorporate an upper and lower wishbone design with a pushrod activation system to provide better "corner balance" for the vehicle. Wind tunnel testing is being applied to reduce co-efficient of drag and fine tune body design. The Matrix SS coupe will be fitted with oversize, slotted brake rotors and an advanced brake caliper design that has been proven at test facilities to add greatly to the stopping power of the car.

Matrix Motor Company Inc. was founded in 1995 in the State of California and is presently headquartered in Ridgecrest, California.
