Quantitative Methods Corporation Announces Agreement in Principle with Roadtronic Innovation Inc.

MONTREAL--March 4, 2004--The Board of Directors of Quantitative Methods Corporation (OTCBB: QTTM), wishes to announce that they have concluded an agreement in principle with Roadtronics Innovation Inc. ("Roadtronic"), a Canadian-based high-tech company specializing in fleet operations and management systems. Details of this agreement are expected to be released within a few weeks.

Roadtronic develops products that permit fleet managers to reduce operating costs and improve overall supervision and security.
