                CALIFORNIA'S ORANGE SHOW SPEEDWAY
                  JOINS ASA MEMBER TRACK PROGRAM

PENDLETON, Ind. (March 4, 2004) - California's Orange Show Speedway, located in
San Bernardino, has signed an agreement with the American Speed Association
Member Track program for the 2004 season. Orange Show Speedway is the first track
from the Golden State to join the growing ASA Member Track program.

"I'm thrilled that Orange Show Speedway can be involved with the groundbreaking ASA
Member Track program," said Steve Larsen, director of motorsports for Orange Show
Speedway. "ASA will bring a professional element to the speedway. I look forward to a
long established relationship with the ASA staff and Dennis Huth. This will create and
add some opportunities in coming seasons for the promotional advancement of Orange
Show Speedway."

Orange Show Speedway is located in southeastern California, approximately 60 miles
east of Los Angeles and offers several different racing classes. Featured divisions
include: Late Model Sportsman, Pro-4's, Pro-Stock Late Model, Street Stock, Stock
Pony, Pure Stock, Lady Pure Stock, Sport Compact and Sport Truck.

"Having the Orange Show Speedway and the Southern California market as part of the
ASA Member Track system is a huge endorsement to the entire ASA program, said
Dennis Huth, ASA Member Track program director. "Steve Larsen is making a
commitment to the fans, sponsors, board members and competitors to take Orange
Show Speedway to its fullest potential. I personally welcome the entire Orange Show
Speedway family to ASA member track status."

The ASA Member Track program is designed for weekly short track venues to make
available many of the policies, principles, procedures and components that have made
the American Speed Association a premier short track sanctioning body for 37 years.

Participating tracks receive contributions to their year-end points fund, marketing
opportunities, and join a small, select group of elite tracks displaying the ASA Member
Track logo.

ASA Member Tracks showcase exciting competition with their local racing programs,
providing training grounds for the ASA Racing stars of tomorrow. Through the ASA
Member Track program, "We Build Champions. "

The American Speed Association offers racing on three levels: ASA National Tour, ASA
Late Model Series and through the rapidly expanding ASA Member Track program. For
