TROY, Mich., March 2 -- Delphi Corporation was honored on March 1, 2004 by Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America (TMMNA) at the 2004 TMMNA Annual Supplier Business Meeting & Awards Ceremony in Covington, Kentucky. Delphi divisions honored with the prestigious awards and Certificates of Achievement include:

* Delphi Automotive Holdings Group - Superior Award for Quality and Superior Award for Delivery for batteries supplied from its Anaheim, California facility;

* Delphi Electronics & Safety - Excellent Award for Value Improvement;

* Delphi Thermal & Interior - Superior Award for Quality for radiators and Certificate for Cost and Delivery for radiators supplied from its Lockport, New York facility;
