IRVINE, Calif.--March 1, 2004--Surface Tech Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFCI) has recently issued a letter of intent and entered into negotiations for the purchase of Horsepower Speed & Marine Inc.Horsepower Speed & Marine has launched its worldwide advertising campaign. It is currently running ads in Blue Bars magazine, and soon to be in Dupont Registry. Blue Bars magazine is the leading publication for the NCCC, National Council of Corvette Clubs.
Today, there are more than 280 Clubs in 15 regions both east and west of the Mississippi. The membership in NCCC comprises more than 18,000 Members, the largest non-profit, all volunteer, Corvette organization in the United States.
