GEICO Promotes Chuck Kline to Vice President and Actuary
WASHINGTON, March 1 -- GEICO's board of directors recently announced the promotion of Chuck Kline to vice president and actuary. Prior to his promotion, he served as assistant vice president and actuary since 1992.
A resident of Highland, Md., Kline joined GEICO in 1978 as an actuarial assistant, and subsequently served as associate actuary before becoming an assistant vice president. He holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science/accounting from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
