GEICO Elects Seth Ingall to Assistant Vice President

WASHINGTON, March 1 -- GEICO's board of directors recently announced the promotion of Seth Ingall to assistant vice president of claims in the company's Fredericksburg, Va., regional office. He had been administrative senior claims attorney in the company's home office claims department since 2002.

A resident of Potomac, Md., Ingall joined GEICO in 1986 as a claims interviewer in the company's Chevy Chase, Md., location. He held a number of positions of increasing responsibility before earning his law degree and joining the office of staff counsel where he subsequently served as managing attorney in the Silver Spring, Md., staff counsel office. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications, legal institutions, economics and government from American University and a law degree from American University's Washington College of Law. He is admitted to the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia Bars.
