Fleetwood RV Signs Sole-Source Paint Supplier Agreement With DuPont Performance Coatings

Transition to DuPont Offers Fleetwood RV Customers Durable, Aesthetically Pleasing Paints

RIVERSIDE, Calif., and WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 27 -- Fleetwood RV, the nation's leader in recreational vehicle sales, today announced that DuPont Performance Coatings will serve as the company's new sole-source paint supplier. The decision was made after a nine-month market test of the nation's leading paint suppliers.

Fleetwood RVs will now feature durable DuPont paints, which offer a distinctness of image and high-gloss finish that are unmatched in the industry. In addition, Fleetwood and DuPont Performance Coatings will also be partnering in process control to create better application methodologies.

Fleetwood motor home plants will begin the transition to DuPont paints immediately, with the transition being completed by the end of April.
