Diamond Powersports Completes Successful Dealer Expo with $50,000 in Purchase Orders in One Week

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb 26, 2004 -- Diamond Powersports Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DPWS) announced today that they have already received $50,000 in purchase orders in just one week following The Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo in Indianapolis.

"The Dealer Expo was a huge success. The orders are still coming in, and we expect more than $200,000 in orders as a result of this show," stated Pierre Elliott, Diamond Powersports, CEO.

The majority of the purchase orders received by Diamond Powersports are from their new dealers across the continental United States and Puerto Rico. These dealers include Extreme Motorsports of Salisbury, one of the largest dealerships in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Mudafort Sports, Top Fuel Tech and Racing Speed World, which are some of the biggest dealerships in Puerto Rico. Diamond Powersports' six main distributors are in the process of sending in orders as well.

Diamond Powersports recently reported record sales for January 2004 of $61,172, up 66% from sales of $36,800 during January 2003. In addition, Diamond Powersports' gross profit increased by 165% from just $15,128 in January 2003 to $40,101 for this past January.
