G-Connect and Friendly Europe Announce a European Distribution Agreement; G-Connect's Products Now Available Throughout Europe Through Friendly Europe's Multi-Lingual Sales Team

HERZLIYA, Israel & LONDON--Feb. 2, 20045, 2004--G-Connect Ltd, a supplier of IP service creation products and solutions to the Internet market, and Friendly Europe Ltd., a specialist distributor to European ISPs and Telcos, today announced that they have signed a mutual distribution agreement for G-Connect's POPgate and POPmaestro systems.

G-Connect's POPmaestro is the first product of its kind to offer dynamic IP service creation capabilities for all types of communications networks: cable, wireline and wireless. The POPmaestro is optimized for the delivery and marketing of network based revenue-generating services to broadband subscribers.

Selling and marketing to Europe through its multi-lingual technical sales team, Friendly Europe adds a specialist and focused European distribution channel for the G-Connect products.
