Cooks Collision Chooses ADP Claims Services Group's Shoplink for All Bay Area Shops
SAN RAMON, Calif., Feb. 23, 2004 -- ADP Claims Services Group, a leading provider of integrated business solutions for the property and casualty, collision repair and automotive recycling industries, announced today Cooks Collision will use Shoplink(R), ADP's computerized estimating system, in all of its 13 shops. Cooks Collision is one of the largest consolidators in the San Francisco Bay Area and in California.
"We wanted a solution to increase our capture rate of assignments from DRP relationships and balance our load level," said Rick Wood, co-owner of Cooks Collision. "With Shoplink, we found the progressive technology we were looking for."
Co-owner Don Wood said Cooks needed a solution that was more efficient in uploading and distributing claims to insurance companies than its prior estimating systems. The efficiency gains from Shoplink will help Cooks achieve its goal to increase its ratio between direct-repair program and non-DRP business. DRP repairs comprise 60 percent of Cooks' business now.
"Cooks Collision is a model of what a modern, effective shop should be," said John Kotsopoulos, vice president of collision sales and service, North America for ADP. "They believe in the value of technology and what it should -- and does -- deliver."
