Monaco Coach Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

COBURG, Ore., Feb. 23, 2004 -- Monaco Coach Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The first dividend will be payable on March 18, 2004 to stockholders of record on March 4, 2004. Monaco Coach Corporation has approximately 28.6 million shares outstanding.
