Save On Energy Changes Name to Hybrid Fuel Systems

TAMPA, Fla.--Feb. 2, 20040, 2004--Save On Energy, Inc., ("Save On Energy" or the "Company") (OTCPK:SOEI) today announced that the Company has changed its name from Save On Energy to Hybrid Fuel Systems.

"Since the start of 2004, we have focused on re-entering the marketplace and completing essential certifications," said CEO Mark Clancy. "We selected Hybrid Fuel Systems as our branding identifier after consultations with our customers, engineers and employees," continued Mr. Clancy. "For the first time in a year and a half, the Company is once again engaged in marketing activities simultaneously with completing EPA and CARB certifications. Adopting this new branding identifier allows our customers to more readily grasp our place in the market," concluded Mr. Clancy.
