Oil Companies Racing Solutions Announces Distribution Agreement

HOUSTON, Feb. 20, 2004 -- Shell Racing Solutions* has signed an agreement with Performance Products LLC for the distribution of Shell Racing Fuels to the U.S. motorsports industry. The entry of Shell Racing Solutions into the U.S. race fuels business extends Shell's prestigious heritage in motorsports.

Performance Products brings 15 years of experience in the U.S. race fuels business to the agreement. The company has developed operational excellence in the blending and distribution of race fuels across the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Performance Products has serviced professional race series such as Indy Racing League (IRL) and Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) and will distribute Shell Racing Solutions race fuels to top tier, as well as grassroots and club racing circuits.
