Microtune to Announce Fourth Quarter 2003 Results

PLANO, Texas--Feb. 1, 20047, 2004--Microtune(R), Inc. (Pink Sheets:TUNE) announced today that it intends to release its financial results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003, on Tuesday, February 24, 2004, after market close.

CONFERENCE CALL

The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, February 26, 2004 at 7:30 A.M. Central Time/8:30 A.M. Eastern Time to discuss its Q4 results and its outlook for the future.
