Honeywell and Symbol Technologies Form Relationship to Supply Wireless Industrial Control Solutions

Honeywell and Symbol to Supply Industrial Customers with New Ways to Manage Assets Throughout Facilities

Honeywell Process Solutions announced today that it has formed a relationship with Symbol Technologies, Inc. , The Enterprise Mobility Company(TM), to provide wireless asset management solutions to industrial customers. Honeywell will integrate its asset management software with Symbol ruggedized mobile computing, wireless infrastructure and advanced data capture devices, enabling customers to collect data, monitor assets and control operations from anywhere in their facility. The mobile asset management solutions are expected to be available later this quarter.
