Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 10, 2004 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05-1/2 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The dividend is payable on March 4, 2004 to holders of record on February 23, 2004.
