Delphi Continues Relationship with Hendrick Motorsports for 2004

Delphi, in Association with Kellogg's, to Sponsor No. 5 Car Driven by Terry Labonte

TROY, Mich., Feb. 10 -- Delphi Corp. continues its relationship with Hendrick Motorsports by becoming a major associate sponsor of the No. 5 Chevrolet in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, beginning this weekend with the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach, Fla. The sponsorship is in association with Kellogg's for the No. 5 NASCAR driven by two-time Winston Cup champion Terry Labonte.

Delphi will be prominently featured on the No. 5 Chevy in all NEXTEL Cup Series races during the 2004 NASCAR season. In addition, Delphi will be featured as the primary sponsor of the No. 5 car during four events this year, including NEXTEL Cup Series races at Texas Motor Speedway (April 4, 2004), Richmond, VA (May 15, 2004), Indianapolis, IN (Aug. 8, 2004), Brooklyn, MI (Aug. 22, 2004).

Labonte finished in 10th place in the 2003 NASCAR Winston Cup Series points standings and won the 2003 Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. "Delphi has been an important sponsor for Hendrick Motorsports and I'm honored to have them as a major part of the No. 5 team," said Labonte.

In addition to the NASCAR sponsorship, Delphi has been the lead sponsor for Scott Sharp of Kelley Racing in the No. 8 Car for the Indy Racing League for past four seasons. Delphi has committed to continued sponsorship of Sharp and the No. 8 car through 2005.
