Diamond Powersports Sales for January Up 66%

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 9, 2004 -- Diamond Powersports, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DPWS) announced that the company has finished the month of January very strong, with sales up 66% from the previous year and gross profit up 165% during the same period.

Diamond Powersports recorded sales for January 2004 of $61,172 up 66% from sales of $36,800 during January 2003. In addition, Diamond Powersports' gross profit increased by 165% from just $15,128 in January 2003 to $40,101 for this past January.

"We're very encouraged by the initial numbers for this year. Our distributors are doing a great job. We expect sales to continue to increase over the next several months as we gear up for the various sales conventions throughout the country," commented Pierre Elliott, Diamond Powersports, CEO.

Diamond Powersports will be a featured exhibitor at The Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo in Indianapolis this month. The Dealer Expo is the largest, most comprehensive trade show of its kind in the world for dealers, distributors and manufacturers of aftermarket powersports products. The strength, growth and success of the show have earned it the distinction of being a "must attend" event for dealers across the country.
