MOTOROCK TRANS-AM TOUR TO RETURN TO INFINEON RACEWAY,
WILL AGAIN COMPETE AS PART OF NASCAR NEXTEL CUP WEEKEND

LANSING, Mich. (Feb. 6, 2004) ‹ The Motorock Trans-Am Tour confirmed it will
return to Infineon Raceway, as part of the Northern California road course¹s
NASCAR NEXTEL Cup weekend, June 25-27. The announcement brings the total
number of venues confirmed for 2004 to four, including Le Grand Prix de
Trois-Rivières (July 31-Aug. 2), Road America (Aug. 5-8), and Mazda Raceway
Laguna Seca (Sept. 10-12).

The 2004 event will mark the 19th year Trans-Am has competed at the two-mile
permanent road course, having contested its first event there in 1969.
Trans-Am returned to Infineon Raceway last year, after a two-year hiatus.

³We¹re pleased to announce Infineon Raceway will be a part of our 2004
schedule,² said Motorock Trans-Am Tour Executive Director John Clagett.
³Last year¹s event, which showcased Trans-Am drivers doing double and even
triple duty, was one of the high points of the 2003 tour. We¹re looking
forward to another competitive and exciting race.²

Said Steve Page, president and general manager of Infineon Raceway: ³The
Trans-Am Tour has a long-standing heritage at Infineon Raceway and last
year's race was a terrific addition to our premier event weekend. We're
delighted to feature Trans-Am racing for our fans again in 2004."

The Motorock Trans-Am Tour features closed-fendered, production-based,
V-8-powered sports cars, competing on permanent road courses, and temporary
street and airport circuits throughout North America. The Trans-Am Tour is
