Pendulum Management Company Wins NIST Contract

CHARLESTOWN, Ind.--Feb. 5, 2004--Pendulum Management Company LLC (PMC) announced that it has been awarded a contract with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to provide Support Services to the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC), Mid-Atlantic Region for fiscal year 2004. Under this contract, Pendulum will provide outreach activities, networking, publicity, conferences and meetings, electronic commerce, financial management and special project support for the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer is a nationwide network of federal laboratories that provides a forum to develop strategies and opportunities for linking the laboratory mission technologies and expertise with the marketplace. The mid-Atlantic region for the FLC includes Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. The objective is to accelerate the collaboration between the Federal laboratories and commercial concerns.
