Kolorfusion International, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for Digital Imaging of Motorcyle Parts

DENVER--Feb. 4, 2004--Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTCBB: KOLR) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with GP Color Imaging, located in North Hollywood, California, with the specific purpose of developing a digital system to provide graphics onto motorcycle parts utilizing Kolorfusion's patented 3-D decoration process and the experience of the GP Color Imaging owners in digital print graphics. The two companies have initially agreed by request to focus this project for one of the premier OEM's in this product category.

"GP Color Imaging and its owners have over 50 years in combined experience in digital imaging and graphics. The joint program is to commercialize our process in conjunction with our recently announced digital imaging ability in this market. We are looking to provide the motorcycle manufacturer and specific after-market providers a faster and lower cost method of parts customization, which will also give them full use of digital technology. We know the project will require a lot of work in understanding the type of images and the profiling of the images for the motorcycle parts, and this is where GP has significant experience, which are critical to success. Our patented process will transfer any image, we just needed a strong partner for working the images at this point in our history," stated Steve Nagel, President of Kolorfusion International, Inc.

Tom Wilhelm, President of GP Color Imaging, stated, "The Kolorfusion process for three-dimensional product decoration will take the digital image market into a new level of use, and on a very wide scale. We feel the motorcycle/recreational vehicle owner's market will want to take full advantage of the ability to digitally create any image and then have it permanently become a part of the motorcycle component. It truly is having the magic paintbrush, since the 3-D process puts the dyes exactly where you want into the cured coating on the motorcycle."
