PCI Awarded Three-Year Call Center Support Agreement for Guidepoint Vehicle Theft Recovery and Telematics Services

FORT WORTH, Texas--Feb. 4, 2004--Progressive Concepts, Inc. ("PCI") announced today that it has been awarded a comprehensive three-year call center services agreement with Pontiac, Michigan-based GPSi, LLC, the exclusive supplier of Guidepoint Systems(TM), a leading vehicle theft recovery and other vehicle-based services provider using the global positioning satellite (GPS) system, cellular networks and related telematics solutions. Guidepoint is sold through nearly 250 automotive dealers in major markets nationwide.

Effective immediately, the agreement calls for PCI to provide 24/7/365 response for all new activations, upgrade sales, vehicle theft monitoring and other enhanced convenience services for Guidepoint subscribers, as well as customer service and support for GPSi's dealers and distributors. Guidepoint members and dealers can now access the Guidepoint Response Center by calling 877-GPS-FIND (877-477-3643).
