SAN ANTONIO--Feb. 4, 2004--Rush Enterprises Inc. , the largest network of Peterbilt heavy-duty truck dealerships in North America and a John Deere construction equipment dealership in Texas, today announced that it will present at the Deutsche Bank Securities 14th Annual Global Transportation Conference at the Ritz-Carleton in Naples, Florida on Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 10:15 a.m. EST.

W.M. "Rusty" Rush, President & COO, and Martin A. Naegelin, Chief Financial Officer, will present on behalf of Rush Enterprises and will comment on the Company's focus and its related strategies.
