Porsche Cars North America Reports January 2004 U.S. Sales

Best January in History; First Carrera GT Delivered

ATLANTA, Feb. 3 -- Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA), importer and distributor of Porsche sports cars (Boxster, 911 and Cayenne) in the United States and Canada, announced today its best January in history, with a total of 2,218 sales. The result was up 65 percent compared to the previous January.

"We are pleased with the continued success of the Porsche Cayenne series," said Peter Schwarzenbauer, PCNA President and CEO. "At the same time, the 911 Turbo Cabriolet and 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet continue to drive interest in our premium sports car line."

January also marked the first delivery of a Porsche Carrera GT to a U.S. customer.
