Auto Credit Express Purchases Top Detroit Auto Dealer's Special Finance Software Company, Alternative Resources and Training

TROY, Mich., Feb. 3, 2004 -- Auto Credit Express, (ACE) an industry leader in developing Special Finance departments in automotive dealerships and Internet lead generation, has expanded its' services through the purchase of Alternative Resources and Training, LLC., of Royal Oak, MI., the developer and distributor of the Midwest's leading Special Finance software system, INVENTORY MANAGER/Lot Pro 2000.

ACE, President and renown Special Finance consultant, Rich Lalonde, is focused on providing a "one stop shop" for dealers doing Special Finance. "We use Inventory Manager in all our dealer locations and know first hand what a powerful tool it really is. Our Special Finance Managers can book a car, check the banks rates and programs, and match it to the dealer's inventory for maximum profitability, in just a few seconds! Now we can offer this great product to dealers across the country," says Lalonde.

Alternative Resources and Training, President, Mike Melville is very pleased with the acquisition. "We've had great success with Inventory Manager/Lot Pro 2000 in the Midwest selling over 300 systems to date, but lacked the resources to expand it nationally. With ACE's marketing experience and Special Finance success, it can now be sold and supported to all car dealers in the US," says Melville.

As a result of the purchase, two new companies have been formed, ACE Tech, Inc. and ACEiNet, Inc. bringing the total to three. Now referred to as "The ACE Group," Auto Credit Express, Inc., will continue to manage Special Finance departments in select auto dealers. ACEiNet, Inc., will focus on marketing Internet lead programs to auto dealers across the US and Canada. Newly formed ACE Tech, Inc. will market and support Inventory Manager/Lot Pro 2000, Special Finance programs and consulting services to auto dealers across the country.
