ACS Awarded BPO Contract Renewal With the State of Louisiana

DALLAS, Feb. 3, 2004 -- ACS , a premier provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, announced today that it has signed a business process outsourcing (BPO) contract renewal with the State of Louisiana's Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) to continue providing an array of document management services. The 3-year agreement is valued at more than $3 million.

ACS has been a BPO provider to the State of Louisiana for more than 6 years. Through the renewed contract, ACS will continue to deliver scanning, imaging, and microfilm services for all documentation related to the registration, title, and sale of Louisiana vehicles. ACS processes more than 17 million documents per year for the State.
