DAYTON, Ohio, Jan. 31 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced today the introduction of ERA XT with Advanced Reporting to its portfolio of leading automotive retailing solutions and services.
ERA XT, built around a powerful core of business applications, is a more robust, flexible version of the company's market-leading ERA(R) dealer management system. ERA XT with Advanced Reporting enables retailers to add integrated software modules, such as Reynolds Contact Management and Desking solutions, to meet emerging business needs.
ERA XT with Advanced Reporting provides browser-based functionality and real-time views into key business metrics. Advanced Reporting allows authorized users instant access to key management reports with deep drill-down capabilities and point-and-click access to detailed information. Options are available to expand functionality to include custom reports and browser views, and the capability to view metrics and performance across multiple stores.
