Banker's Integration Group Provides Auto Dealers With Only Free Online Financing Compliant with Patriot Act Plus FTC Mandates

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 31, 2004 -- Bankers Integration Group (BIG), developers of BIGFNI, a secure, web-based financial interface that links lenders with auto dealers, announced it is the only online auto loan software that provides auto dealers with compliance to important and potentially costly federal government mandated regulations regarding auto loans and compliance to the Patriot Act.

According to Ted Cunningham, BIG vice chairman of sales and marketing, who made the announcement during the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) Convention here, said that BIGFNI provides auto dealers with free, automatic compliance to:

-- Mandates of the Patriot Act, which requires retailers such as auto
dealers to report the sale of a vehicle to known terrorists (persons
on the Special Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list
maintained by the US Dept. of Treasury). Dealers not in compliance
are subject to fines up to $10-million.

-- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mandates that call auto dealers to
store auto loan applications up to 25 months. BIG will store the data
for 36 months, again at no charge to dealers.

-- Declamation Letters, again mandated by the FTC that requires auto
dealers to notify consumers when their loans have been rejected.

"Since rolling out BIGFNI at the 2003 National Automobile Dealers Convention, We have tried to design our software to be the ultimate in user- friendly online financing tools for the auto dealer," Cunningham said. "Just by meeting these three, extremely administrative and labor intensive government mandates, we believe we have the only online auto loan system to meet each one of these mandates at no cost to the dealer."

Mike Dunn, BIG president and chief executive officer noted that BIG is unveiling a new state of the art software, BIGFNI Version 2.1 at NADA 2004 Convention January 31st, 2004 through Feb. 3rd here.

Bankers Integration Group has associations with top automotive finance lenders around the country such as National City Bank, Fireside Thrift and others, pays dealers commission to use their system at no charge to the dealers.
