Celebrities and Athletes Put the Pedal to the Metal for
Charity at the Cadillac Super Bowl Grand Prix

WHAT: The 2nd Annual Cadillac Super Bowl Grand Prix is an elite, high-
energy SuperKart race featuring celebrities and athletes who will
go head-to-head in a high performance Go-Kart in a competition for
charity. Cadillac will present the winner with a check for
$10,000, second prize will receive $5,000 and third will receive
$2,500 to the charity of their choice.
Cadillac will transform the Central Parking Systems parking lot,
located in the heart of downtown Houston, into a virtual raceway
for the 2nd Annual Cadillac Super Bowl Grand Prix. A team of
racing specialists from the Bob Bondurant School of High
Performance Driving will take each celebrity through a safety and
on-track training in the SuperKarts prior to the official race.
SuperKarts are "go-karts" specifically designed for racing,
powered by a 10 horsepower engine (allowing speeds up to 55 miles
per hour) that offer amazing high performance driving.
As the official vehicle sponsor of Super Bowl XXXVIII, Cadillac
will present the MVP Award recipient a set of keys to a brand new
Cadillac. The player who receives the award will be able to
select one of four Cadillac's - the XLR, CTS-V, Escalade or SRX.
