PA State Real Estate Commission, Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons Release Disciplinary Actions
HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 30, 2004 -- Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes and Basil L. Merenda, Acting Commissioner for the Department of State's Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, today announced 57 disciplinary actions taken by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission and State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons between January and December 2003.
Actions were taken against individuals or firms in the following counties: Adams (1 action); Allegheny (4 actions); Beaver (1 action); Bucks (2 actions); Chester (2 actions); Cumberland (2 actions); Dauphin (3 actions); Delaware (3 actions); Fayette (2 actions); Franklin (1 action); Lackawanna (2 actions); Lehigh (1 action); Mercer (2 actions); Monroe (1 action); Montgomery (8 actions); Montour (2 actions); Philadelphia (12 actions); Schuylkill (2 actions); Wayne (1 action); Westmoreland (1 action).
